1. About these terms

These terms apply to cleaning enquiries and services arranged through LuxClean London. LuxClean London is the trading name used by Krasimir Tsvyatkov Mitev, an independent cleaner / sole trader at 58 Norlington Road, London, E10 6JZ, United Kingdom.

2. Services and pricing

Deep Cleaning is priced at £149 per hour. Window Cleaning is priced at £99 per hour. The scope of work and estimated duration are discussed before a booking is confirmed. Any additional work or change to scope must be agreed with you before it is carried out.

3. Booking

A booking is confirmed only after LuxClean London has replied and agreed the service, date, time, location and scope. Please provide accurate access, parking and property information. If access is not available, the appointment may need to be rearranged.

4. Payment

Online payment through this website is not currently active. Do not treat the “Book & Pay” buttons as payment confirmation. If an approved Revolut payment link is introduced, the relevant price and payment terms will be displayed before payment.

5. Customer responsibilities

Please identify fragile items, hazards, restricted areas, pets and any special requirements in advance. Customers remain responsible for safe access to the areas agreed for cleaning.

6. Changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Any charge for a late cancellation or failed access would only apply if it was clearly agreed in advance and is fair and reasonable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Complaints

If you are unhappy with a service, contact us promptly with the booking details and the issue. We will review the concern and, where appropriate, discuss a reasonable opportunity to address it.

8. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
